Returns & Exchange

Need to return or exchange your order? We’re happy to help!
We offer a return or exchange service within 3 days. The period is counted from the day you receive the item and covers three consecutive calendar days. For example, if you receive the product on October 1, you must submit a return or exchange request no later than October 3. After the request is made, the item must be shipped back within three days; if returning in‑store, the product must reach the store within the same three‑day window, i.e., by October 3 at the latest.

You can choose to:
✔ Refund to original payment method
✔ Refund as store credit
✔ Exchange for another item

Please note:
🔸 Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange
🔸 Items must be in brand new condition — unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached
🔸 In-store purchases are not eligible for return or exchange
🔸 Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

⏳ Return & Exchange Processing Time
We will notify you by email as your request is being processed. If the exchanged item has a price difference, we will contact you for any additional payment required. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item, either to your original payment method or as store credit.
